Weekly Readings February 22, 2014

At most Sunday morning meetings, we have a mindfulness reading.   Here are some of the books we have read recently which support our practice:

We listened to a retreat with Pema Chodron and Sakyong Mipham, The Heart of Bravery

A Lamp in the Darkness:  Illuminating the Path Through Difficult Times, by Jack Kornfield

Fail, Fail Again, Fail Better by Ani Pema Chodron

A Heart As Wide As the World:  Stories on the Path of Lovingkindness by Sharon Salzberg

At Home in the World:  Stories of a Monk’s Life by Thich Nhat Hanh

Currently we are reading:

How to Meditate:  A Practical Guide for Making Friends With Your Mind by Pema Chodron
